We saturate the web with information about your home for sale on multiple websites. We keep you updated on the activity generated as well as the feedback we receive from buyers and other agents. We hold your house open on multiple weekends, if needed. We have open houses for brokers and agents to showcase your home and we are known for the quality of food provided by Edina, a chef in her former life. BUYERS
We interview each customer to try to understand the needs and wants as well as the parameters of the search. We then preview properties to narrow the search to likely candidates which we hope meet the criteria...that way, we eliminate unworthy properties and don’t waste the customers’ time. We then go out with the customer on a full search of properties, listen to the feedback, and continue to refine the search as things change.

Specialization -
When you have a combined history of over 45 years of experience helping people both buy and sell homes, it is hard to narrow down a specialization. We enjoy helping first time buyers as well as people looking to downsize or improve their living conditions. We do offer a unique approach to real estate as Edina has become a certified ecobroker which enhances her knowledge of topics such as green financing, energy-efficient appliances, radiant floor heating, mold mitigation and more. Judi has developed increased success in “reading between the lines” of what people say and in negotiating strongly for her customers and clients.
